CRYPTO CSV IMPORT EXCEPTIONS · EN/KO · EXPERIMENTAL PILOT

Missing acquisition history? Unpaired wallet transfer?

Don't guess an acquisition price or silently delete a legitimate trade just to make an importer look clean.

If your Koinly, CoinTracker, or other crypto tax software reports a missing purchase history, duplicate entry, or unmatched transfer, first identify which original exchange or wallet record is absent or contradictory. This page shows the kind of exception list we can create from a carefully scoped, redacted sample. It is not affiliated with either software vendor.

REPRODUCIBLE FREE SAMPLE · NOT CUSTOMER DATA

50 fabricated records. 13 review-state categories.

A local JavaScript engine processed 50 entirely fictional normalized entries and reused our existing trade-ID CSV parser for structural cross-checks. Exact equality of amounts alone never links transfers. Results are input-only warnings, not a corrected ledger, chain proof, or complete importer integration.

Paired with explicit link

Sender and receiver have matching asset, amount and supplied transfer reference. This is a candidate, not proof of the same owner or an actual blockchain transfer.

Review the mismatch

A related transfer has different quantities, asset type, transaction reference, missing one side, or too many possible legs.

Need original purchase evidence

An exported disposal lacks an explicit acquisition source reference. We ask for records, not an invented cost basis.

Potential repeated export

Identical rows or reused trade IDs are flagged. Legitimate partial fills can also repeat references; nothing is automatically deleted.

All downloadable data on this page are fictional; the fake source IDs are not customer records. Downloading these static examples sends no personal financial CSV. If you use our separate free CSV checkers, your selected input remains in your own browser; never paste private records into an inquiry form.

ONE CLEAR DELIVERABLE · NOT TAX PREPARATION

What a real pilot could deliver

01

Agree on scope, data and permission

First discuss only the software, nonsecret column headers, approximate problem count and the evidence the customer wants. No account login or transaction history in first contact. Agree written data handling, privacy and acceptance before any real files are provided.

02

Review a small authorized sample

For at most 50 rows, inspect duplicate IDs, explicitly linked transfer pairs, withdrawal differences and records missing original acquisition support. Do not imply that self-reported transfer IDs establish wallet identity.

03

Deliver a bounded exception queue

Provide a written per-row checklist of source records to verify. No purchase prices invented, no gains calculated, no tax return produced, no automated deletion or wallet operations.

Scope distinction: our separate 15 Base USDC Trade-ID-only review covers one narrow duplicate-identifier export. This proposed $49 cross-export rescue is broader, including unpaired transfers and missing acquisition-source questions; neither is an instant checkout.

Important restrictions

This is independently developed AI-assisted software, not Koinly/CoinTracker support, tax representation, a bookkeeping audit, chain settlement validation or an automated cost-basis computation. A transferred amount, exchange sender, spreadsheet reference or fabricated transaction hash does not prove a deposit or a customer's ownership. We do not custody funds or request wallet seeds, API keys or signed payment challenges.

Before considering payment, independently confirm the legal recipient, Base chain and official Circle USDC token, deliverables, cancellation, fees, retention and refund terms. Never send a private CSV, invoice PDF, personal wallet history, KYC or tax identifier through public GitHub issues, FormSubmit or the free inquiry form.

Our first-party paid-order and settled-receipt count for this new service is zero. Public pages and optional price ranges are not evidence of a funded buyer.
